Please read these terms carefully before participating in Workora programs.

Workora is an online educational virtual internship platform. These Terms represent an agreement between you ("Intern" / "User") and Workora ("Platform" / "We") under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
All program administration, evaluation, and virtual dashboard services are provided under the Workora brand name. Platform fee transactions for credential evaluations are handled securely through standard verified methods.
Workora is a private online education and task-evaluation initiative. Any registration or listing associated with Workora does not imply government affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or accreditation of the internship program. Workora is not connected to any government agency.
Registration requires one unchecked agreement covering these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and the optional ₹99 certificate service fee after all required tasks are approved. If you do not agree, do not register. This agreement is not permission to use your work in advertising.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved and consent to your participation. The student's checkbox alone does not verify a guardian's identity or consent. Contact support with your guardian before registering so that the applicable consent arrangements can be confirmed. Workora records registration acceptance electronically; this does not remove protections applicable to minors.
To register and participate in Workora internship programs, you must:
Workora internships are educational and project-based learning programs designed for skill development and academic portfolio enrichment. Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship, contract of employment, or placement commitment between the intern and Workora. Completion of the internship does not guarantee employment, stipend, or future placements.
Workora offers virtual task-based internship programs across multiple technical domains. The internship is completely free to join, access, and complete. No fee is charged for:
At registration you can choose a 30-day, 45-day, or 60-day standard program, or the 7 Days Starter Instant Internship. Standard programs contain the assigned roadmap shown in the dashboard and may expire after the selected end date when the completion conditions have not been met.
The starter program assigns three tasks and has no submission deadline while unpaid. After all three tasks are approved and payment for the optional certificate is verified, the payment date becomes the starter program end date and the certificate becomes available under the dashboard rules.
Your dashboard and offer letter show the dates applicable to your selected program. An incomplete, unpaid standard program expires after its end date; students with verified payment or all required tasks approved retain dashboard access. An eligible student with at least one approved task can use the dashboard's one-time 10-day extension. The revised date applies to that program and its certificate schedule.
Review is performed by administrators, with preliminary automated assistance where used. Submitting a link does not guarantee approval or a particular review turnaround. Keep your deliverables accessible to reviewers and use the feedback to correct rejected work.
Verification Service Fee: Upon successful completion of all assigned curriculum tasks, an optional certificate processing fee of ₹99 applies if you request a verified, secure certificate of completion. This fee covers certificate generation, student evaluation report processing, QR code verification infrastructure, and secure hosting of your credential records for external review.
This fee is payable only after all curriculum tasks have been reviewed and approved by evaluation administrators. It is not a fee for participating in the internship itself. If you choose not to request a verified certificate, no payment is required.
Certificate payments are processed through Razorpay. Workora verifies the signed payment against the server-created order before marking it paid. Standard-program certificate availability also follows the internship dates and certificate options shown in the dashboard; payment alone does not bypass those rules.
A paid, completed standard-program certificate unlocks when its scheduled end date is reached, using the India calendar date. If you instead choose the dashboard's instant certificate option, you must confirm the displayed date changes: the selected date becomes the end date and the start date is moved back by the program's recorded duration. This date choice cannot be reversed through the dashboard. Download the updated offer letter as well as the certificate; do not present a superseded offer letter as the current record.
Workora issues private educational credentials. Your college, employer, or other recipient decides whether it accepts them for credit, attendance, or any other purpose. Before choosing a program or changing document dates, confirm that recipient's requirements. A date range does not certify daily attendance or employment.
Payments are generally non-refundable once certificate generation has begun, subject to the duplicate-payment, failed-issuance, and unresolved technical-failure exceptions in our Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law. Neither payment nor agreement to these terms waives those rights.
We reserve the right to reject submissions and deny certificate issuance in cases of plagiarism, duplicate file submissions, submission of unrelated links, fake payment screenshots, or code of conduct violations. Workora administrators may request additional code explanation sessions before approving credentials if plagiarism is suspected.
You retain ownership of your original submissions. You allow Workora to access and process them only as needed to review your work, provide feedback, administer the program, and handle related support or integrity disputes. Public promotional use of your work or testimonials requires separate permission; registration is not that permission. Submit only material you have the right to share, and respect third-party licences. Workora branding, platform code, graphics, and design remain protected; using the platform does not grant a right to copy or redistribute them.
Interns are expected to:
Healthcare and pharmacovigilance tasks are educational exercises, not medical advice, patient treatment, or regulatory safety reporting. Security tasks do not authorise testing a third party's systems.
Workora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your internship account at any time if you violate the Code of Conduct, submit fraudulent/plagiarized work, provide false registration info, or attempt automated scraping/cyberattacks against the portal database. In such cases, no certificate will be issued.
If you believe a rejection, restriction, or credential decision is incorrect, contact support with your Intern ID and a short explanation. Workora may restrict access promptly to contain fraud or a security incident. Account restrictions do not remove a valid refund claim or other statutory rights.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, third-party link availability, college acceptance, employment outcomes, or search rankings. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of submitted work and downloaded documents. Where permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded and liability for an ordinary service claim is limited to the fee paid for the affected certificate service.
These limitations do not exclude or restrict obligations, refunds, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. They do not excuse fraud or wilful misconduct. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You may contact support to seek resolution of a complaint; doing so is not a condition that prevents you from using a competent court, consumer commission, regulator, or other remedy available under applicable law.
For any questions about these Terms & Conditions, contact us at:
For a service complaint, include your Intern ID if available, the issue, and the resolution you seek. Do not send passwords, login tokens, card details, OTPs, or unrelated identity documents. Material policy changes will be dated on this page; changes do not retrospectively remove an existing refund entitlement or statutory right.
