Refund Policy

1. Scope of Fee

Workora provides registration, task access, submissions, and review free of charge. After the tasks assigned to your program are approved, you may choose to purchase a verified certificate of completion for ₹99. This optional fee supports certificate generation, QR verification, the public credential record, and related processing.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

The following cases qualify for a refund. This list does not restrict remedies or refunds required by applicable law:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you submit payment twice for the same certificate ID, the duplicate payment is eligible for a refund.
• Verification Failures: If we reject your project tasks and do not issue a certificate, and a payment was verified as received, the amount will be refunded.
• Technical Failures: If a technical error prevents you from downloading a completed certificate after payment verification, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days, a refund is processed.

4. How to Claim a Refund

If you meet one of the scenarios above, email us at nicedev328@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and student account email.
• Your Intern ID (e.g., WKR-...).
• A screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction ID from Razorpay.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Valid claims are audited within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. We will not ask for an OTP, card PIN, or payment to process a refund. Redact unrelated financial information from a receipt you send us.

5. Scheduled Certificates and Payment Issues

For a standard program, payment does not bring the scheduled end date forward. The dashboard shows the unlock date, and the certificate becomes available on that date once all required tasks are approved and payment is verified. A correctly displayed future unlock date is not itself a download error. Report an unexpected charge or failure promptly so we can check it; the existing refund exceptions above still apply.

The instant certificate date confirmation changes the offer-letter and certificate dates. It does not waive a valid refund claim. Do not make repeated payments while a first payment is pending; contact support with the original transaction reference instead.
