This track suits students who want to connect a user problem with a clear flow and inspectable design files. Become comfortable organizing frames, using basic layout and typography, creating components and sharing a viewable Figma prototype. Prior professional experience is different from knowing the tools needed to complete a brief.
For a redesign or case study, separate observed problems from assumptions. If you did not interview people or run a usability study, do not invent participants or results. Seven briefs beyond a polished screen
Standard registration assigns the following design work plus LinkedIn offer-letter onboarding. The starter assigns onboarding and the first two briefs.
1. Website UI Redesign
Analyse a poorly structured website and redesign its desktop interface in Figma. Explain the original problems and how your hierarchy addresses them.
Submit: A view-accessible Figma file and desktop frame PNG.
2. Mobile App Interface Design
Create the four-screen mobile interface requested by the brief. Make navigation and layout consistent across the sequence rather than treating each screen as a separate poster.
Submit: A Figma design link and mobile screenshots.
3. Website Wireframing
Map a complex application's content blocks and user paths with low-fidelity wireframes. Resolve the flow before investing in decorative detail.
Submit: A Figma wireframe link or PDF presentation.
4. UX Case Study Analysis
Document research, pain points, iterations and proposed solutions. Distinguish actual research observations from assumptions; do not invent interviews or usability results.
Submit: A case study on Behance, Notion or Figma Slides.
5. Landing Page Design
Create the SaaS landing page requested in the brief. Make the product, audience and primary action understandable through content and visual hierarchy.
Submit: A Figma design link and full-page PNG render.
6. Design System & Components
Build reusable styles and components with consistent typography, spacing and states. Show how they work together in a real screen.

7. Interactive Figma Prototyping
Connect screens into a working prototype. Check whether the main action has a clear destination and whether a user can recover from an incorrect choice.

Share reasoning alongside the frames
These briefs require original design and research work; a generic dataset cannot replace it. Label assumptions, credit references and obtain permission before using participant information. Avoid exposing names or private interview details.
Open the Figma or case-study link while signed out and confirm view access. Include enough context to explain the problem, your role, options considered and limitations. A collection of attractive screens is stronger when the reader can understand the decisions behind them.
Program formats and completion
