How to verify an internship certificate

Compare the document with the issuer's public record. A QR code is a route to evidence; its presence alone does not establish authenticity, accreditation or college acceptance.

Start at the issuer's own website

Read the organisation name and credential ID on the document. Visit the issuer's known website directly and find its verification function. Inspect a QR destination before opening it; an unfamiliar domain or a page asking for a password or payment deserves closer examination.

Workora's verification tool is available from the homepage. You can use the Verify Certificate action and enter the Workora credential ID. Use the exact ID printed on the document rather than a student's email address.

Do not submit account passwords, card information or one-time codes to verify a credential. Public verification should not require access to the student's private dashboard.

Compare identity, field and completion

Check the name, Workora ID, internship field and dates against the public result. Confirm the result actually describes an issued completion credential. An offer letter, registration acknowledgment or payment receipt serves a different purpose.

Save a note of what you checked and when, if you need evidence for a college or recruitment process. Avoid publishing unnecessary personal information when sharing that note.

A downloaded image can be altered. A public issuer record provides a separate comparison, but you should still assess what the issuer claims to have reviewed and whether that meets your purpose.

Read the dates in the program's context

Workora standard certificate access requires approved assigned tasks, verified optional payment and the program's access-date conditions. Payment alone does not complete unfinished tasks.

The standard instant-access option is an explicitly confirmed, irreversible date change. It updates both certificate and offer-letter dates using the stored program duration. A student who chooses it should download the latest offer letter so the two documents remain consistent.

The 7 Days Starter Instant Internship is a separate three-task format. It has no submission deadline while unpaid. After its required approvals, verified optional payment becomes its end date. Do not infer an academic duration requirement from the starter's name.

Know what verification does not prove

Workora is a private educational project and review platform. Its certificate records completion on that platform; it is not a university degree or government accreditation. No job, stipend, placement or acceptance for college credit is guaranteed.

Employers and colleges decide what evidence they accept. If a department requires supervised hours, employer placement or a particular accreditation, ask it to assess the program before joining. The college planning checklist explains what to confirm.

Registration, assigned tasks, submissions and review are free. The verified certificate is an optional ₹99 document after the required approvals. Review fees and program formats for the complete distinction.

If the details do not match

Recheck the ID for typing errors and compare the document with the latest dashboard version. If there is still a mismatch, use Workora's support contact on the About page. Include the credential ID and a concise explanation of the discrepancy.

Do not edit the PDF or image yourself to resolve an issuer-record problem. Do not pay a third party promising to “activate” a verification code. Keep payment secrets and private account credentials out of your support message.
